    Listen

    We sit with you and watch the work happen. Most of what matters never makes it into a brief.

    Design

    Screens and flows, on paper, for you to pull apart before anyone writes code.

  3. 3

    Build

    Short stages. You are using it well before it is finished, which is how the priorities get sorted out.

  4. 4

    Support

    Training, maintenance and whatever comes next, under a contract that says so.

The same thing again, for people who want the specifics.

Multi-tenancy
One platform, updated once. Each client’s data fully isolated from every other.
Offline-first
Local storage first. Automatic sync and conflict resolution when the connection returns.
APIs
Documented REST. Connect our systems to yours, or to a third party.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, fine-grained permissions, an audit log, daily backups.
Hosting
Managed by us, or a standalone copy on your own servers and machines. Some clients are obliged to keep everything inside the building, which is a perfectly reasonable thing to want and we are used to it.
Languages
Native RTL. Local formatting for numbers, dates and currencies.
