Different systems get owned in different ways. Subscribe, buy it once, or own the thing outright.
We price after a short call about the size of the business, the branches and the users, then send a written quote. The quote does not move afterwards.
How you pay
Three ways. Each system supports one or two of them, and we tell you which before you decide anything.
Subscription
Monthly or yearly
You pay to use the system, and it stays updated, hosted and supported for as long as you subscribe. Yearly works out cheaper. Monthly gives you more room to change your mind.
Suits: Anyone starting at a low cost who would happily never think about a server again.

One-time purchase
A licence you keep
You pay once and use it with no recurring subscription. The copy installs on your own machines and keeps working. Major upgrades are optional.
Suits: Systems that live on the shop’s own machine, like the cashier and the pharmacy. And anyone who would sooner pay once and be done.

Full ownership
The system becomes yours
For systems built for you. You pay for the build and it becomes entirely yours. Source code, data and documentation are handed over, and you can develop it afterwards with any team you like, including one that isn’t us.
Suits: Organisations that cannot have their core system sitting in somebody else’s hands, and anyone with a technical team ready to take it on.

Plans you can add to any of them
Subscribe, buy, or own it outright. These stay optional either way, and separate, on their own contract.
Maintenance
Fixes, security updates and regular checks, with an agreed response time.

Servers managed on our side with daily backups, monitoring and certificates. Or we set up yours.
Support and training
Training for new staff, support by phone and WhatsApp, and review sessions when you want them.
Continued development
New features, screens and reports through the year, against hours agreed in advance.

Common questions
Which way is available for which system?
Ready-made systems go by subscription, and some also by one-time purchase where they run on your own machine. Anything built for you is full ownership. Tell us the system and we will tell you what applies.
Is pricing monthly or yearly?
Both, on a subscription. Yearly is cheaper, monthly is more flexible, and you can move between them.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
You get all of your data in an open format. We don’t hold anyone’s data hostage.
Is maintenance compulsory?
No. It is already included on a subscription. On a purchase or full ownership it is entirely optional.
