ClinicOSby Softloom
Appointments in a book, files in a cupboard, and each doctor’s share worked out on a calculator at the end of the month. ClinicOS takes all of it into one system, in three builds: reception on the clinic’s own PC, management from the browser, the doctor from their phone.

Who it is for
For single-doctor clinics, and for medical centres running several doctors, several specialities and more than one branch.
What it does for you
- 01
The appointment book
The whole day on one screen. Booking, moving and cancelling, and who turned up and who did not.
- 02
Booked by phone and on WhatsApp
Reception books by name or by number in two seconds, and the patient gets a reminder before their slot.
- 03
The patient file
Visits, diagnosis, the prescription and the attachments: X-rays and lab results photographed on a phone. Opened by phone number.
- 04
First visit or follow-up
The follow-up window is counted from the last visit, so reception knows the price without asking the doctor.
- 05
The queue
Who is waiting and who has gone in, and anyone arriving without an appointment is put in their place in it.
- 06
What each doctor is owed
Their share of consultation and follow-up fees, worked out from the visits recorded under their name, with a statement per doctor of what they are owed.
- 07
Collection
Paid and outstanding per visit, the day’s takings, and the report reception closes its shift with.
The three builds
Reception
A Windows application on the clinic’s PC. The book, the queue, the money. It works with the line down and uploads what it holds when the line is back.
Desktop
Management
In the browser, nothing to install. Branches, doctors, revenue, and what each doctor is owed.
Web
The doctor
Their day’s schedule and the patient file on their phone, and tomorrow’s appointments before they come in.
Mobile app
For technical teams
- The reception build is a Windows application, the management dashboard runs in the browser, and the doctor’s app is Android and iOS
- The clinic’s data on its own machine, or on hosting we manage, whichever you pick
- Attachments are taken with the phone camera and saved against the visit
- Permissions per employee, and a log of who opened which patient file and when
- Arabic and English on every screen and report, exporting to Excel and PDF
Common questions
How do I get it?
Talk to us. We ask about your doctors, their specialities, and your consultation and follow-up prices and windows, and it is handed over set up with those.
Which build do I need?
The reception program is enough for a single-doctor clinic. The management dashboard is for anyone with more than one doctor or more than one branch who wants the numbers from home. The doctor’s app is for whoever wants their schedule and their files with them.
Is it a cashier system?
No. It used to be an edition of Cashier systems and we moved it out. A clinic books time, the patient file is what stays after the visit, and the program is built on those two.
I have paper files. How do they move across?
We enter patient records from your files or from Excel during setup. Old visits can be photographed and attached to the right file if you want them.
And patient data?
It is yours. It stays on the clinic’s machine if that is what you choose, every employee has their own permissions, and opening a file is logged under the name of whoever opened it.
Ready when you order it.
Ask for it and we set it up on your own data, your prices and your staff permissions, and hand it over working.
