Every branch on its own system, and head office adding up by hand
As a business grows branch by branch, each branch ends up with its own system and its own habits, and management only learns the truth of the day once it is over.

- One number for every branch, at any moment
The problem
A restaurant starts with one branch and a simple till, then a second branch buys a different system, and a third runs on paper. Comparing branches becomes impossible because each one counts discounts and returns its own way.
At the end of the day somebody totals it all into a spreadsheet, so the numbers arrive a day late and carry whatever was mistyped along the way.
What we built
One system across every branch, with the screens a restaurant expects: tables, kitchen orders and delivery.
Each branch works locally, so a dropped connection never stops a sale, and everything syncs when the line returns.
Central reports read from a single source, so branches are compared with the same numbers and the same definitions.
What changed
Closing the shift became a report to print, not a sum to work out.
Management can see best sellers and peak hours per branch, not only across all of them.
Opening a new branch became a setting in the system rather than buying a fourth one.
